FREE TERMITE INSPECTION
CPI partners with a third party company to provide a free termite inspection with every residential property inspection we complete. The termite inspection will include a Georgia Termite Letter if the property passes the complementary termite inspection.

We used this company to complete an inspection on our first home before buying. Very professional and thorough. Arrived on time and walked us through the process. Answered every question we had and made it a pleasant experience. The inspectors pointed out and noted multiple small things with the house we did not find on our initial walkthrough of the home. Affordable charge and would definitely recommend. The seller almost talked us into not getting a home inspection done, said 'Nobody does that anymore.' CPI (formerly NPI) pointed out the potential problems, the specialist came out and identified the whole subfloor had wood fungus and the plywood had started to separate. Please, people, get it inspected before you buy it. I've never used anyone besides CPI (formerly NPI), but the report explained everything in detail with color pictures. They just saved me a TON of money!!!!!!
